Chardonn.ai ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ChatMBTI, ChatInterview, Pulse 1024, Pitch 1024, Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition, Piano 1024, WoShi.AI, NewsPick.AI, ToDocToDoc AI (토닥토닥AI), CareerDojo, Mirror8, and Hyeolwol (혈월) applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with that data.
App-Specific Privacy Information
CareerDojo
AI-Powered Career Development Service: CareerDojo helps you analyze your career, practice for interviews, and build targeted resumes using AI. New users start with 5,000 free credits and can purchase additional credits as needed. Here's how we handle your data:
- Account Information: We use Google Sign-In (via Supabase Auth with PKCE) for authentication. We collect your name, email address, and avatar URL from your Google account.
- Resume & Career Data: When you upload a resume, the raw text is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. The results — your Career DNA (career themes, skills graph, narrative threads, and career summary) — and your raw resume text are stored in our database, accessible only to you.
- Sparring Sessions: When you start an interview sparring session, we store your target company, target position, job URL, and the job description you provide. All messages exchanged during the session (your inputs and the AI's responses) are stored to maintain conversation history.
- Evidence & Resume Drafts: Evidence bullets you collect during sparring and AI-generated resume drafts are stored in our database under your account.
- Scout Results: Career opportunity recommendations generated by the Scout feature are stored in our database. When auto-scout is enabled, OpenAI performs live web searches using context from your Career DNA to find relevant job postings. These web searches are not stored on OpenAI's servers.
- AI Interaction Logs: For debugging and support purposes, we log inputs sent to and outputs received from OpenAI in our database. These logs are accessible only to you and are deleted when you delete your account.
- OpenAI API — No Data Retention: All requests to OpenAI are made with
store: false. This explicitly instructs OpenAI not to retain, store, or use your data for model training. Your resume, career information, and conversation history are never used to train AI models. - Credits & Payments: We track your credit balance and transaction history in our database. Credit purchases are processed through Polar (powered by Stripe). We send your email address and user ID to Polar to process the transaction. We do not store credit card or payment details — all payment handling is performed by Polar.
- No Analytics or Tracking: CareerDojo does not use third-party analytics, session recording, or advertising trackers.
- Data Security: All data is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced on every table — only you can access your own data. All API requests require a valid authentication token. Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
- Data Retention: Your data is retained while your account is active. Your email address and user ID are retained for 3 months after account deletion to prevent abuse of the free trial credit system.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (sessions, messages, evidence, resume drafts, Career DNA, credits, and AI interaction logs) at any time through the Settings screen. This action is irreversible.
Mirror8
AI-Powered Future Self Conversation Service: Mirror8 transforms a single selfie into 8 possible future selves and enables live voice conversations with them using Google's Gemini AI and Agent Development Kit. Here's how we handle your data:
- Account Information: We use Google Sign-In (via Supabase Auth) for authentication. We collect your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
- Photos: Selfies you upload are sent to Google's Gemini AI for appearance analysis and portrait generation. Your original selfie is not permanently stored on our servers after processing.
- Generated Portraits: AI-generated portrait images of your future selves are stored in Supabase Storage (cloud) and associated with your session.
- Session Data: Your session data — including generated backstories, persona details, and analysis results — is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL associated with your account.
- Live Conversations: Voice conversations are processed in real time through Google's Gemini Live API via the Agent Development Kit. Audio is streamed bidirectionally and is not permanently recorded or stored. Real-time transcriptions of conversations are stored in our database to maintain conversation history.
- Camera Frames: During live conversations, camera frames (1 FPS) are sent to Google's Gemini Live API so your future self can see you. These frames are not stored on our servers.
- Conversation Insights: The AI agent may capture meaningful moments (dreams, fears, breakthroughs) during conversation. These insights are stored in our database associated with your session.
- Google Gemini API: All requests to Google's Gemini API are processed in real time. Google's data usage policies apply to data sent through their API.
- Data Security: All data is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced — only you can access your own data. All API requests require a valid authentication token. Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS/WSS connections.
- No Advertising: Mirror8 does not use any advertising services.
Pitch & Pulse Apps (Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition)
Complete Privacy: Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, and Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition are designed with privacy as a core principle. These apps:
- Do NOT collect any personal data or user information
- Do NOT use advertising services or analytics
- Do NOT transmit any data over the internet
- Do NOT require user accounts or login
- Only store app settings (BPM, time signature, pitch selection) locally on your device
- Operate completely offline after initial download
- Do NOT access your contacts, location, camera, or other personal information
Your usage and preferences remain completely private on your device.
Pitch 1024 for ChatGPT & Claude
Universal MCP App: Pitch 1024 is also available as a connector inside ChatGPT and Claude (mcp.pitch1024.com) — the same pitch pipe, voiced by real musicians, inside your AI chat. It requires no Pitch 1024 account of its own and collects no personal data (you sign in to ChatGPT or Claude, not to us). Here's how it works:
- No Account, No Tracking: The connector does not ask you to sign in, does not collect names or email addresses, and uses no analytics, session recording, or advertising.
- Stateless Connector: The app runs as a stateless MCP server hosted on Cloudflare, with no database. Each request (e.g. "give me an A in Léa's voice") is processed transiently to build the response and is never stored, logged, or shared.
- Voice Samples, Not Recordings of You: The musicians' voice recordings that power the pitch pipe are bundled into the app itself. The connector has no microphone access and never captures any audio of you; it does not record or store what you say or type. (ChatGPT and Claude handle your conversation under their own privacy policies.)
- Local Playback: All audio plays directly in the ChatGPT or Claude widget on your device. No usage or listening data is transmitted back to our servers.
Piano 1024
Dedicated Policy: Piano 1024 — the free web piano at piano1024.com and the in-chat app for ChatGPT & Claude (mcp.piano1024.com) — has its own privacy policy at piano1024.com/privacy, covering its ads, analytics, consent choices, and on-device storage.
Hyeolwol (혈월)
Dedicated Policy: Hyeolwol — the free Korean dark-fantasy action game on the web (hyeolwol.com) and as a fully offline mobile app for iOS and Android — has its own privacy policy at hyeolwol.com/privacy, covering both the web version's analytics and the mobile app.
ToDocToDoc AI (토닥토닥AI)
Special Note: ToDocToDoc AI operates completely offline for maximum privacy. Unlike our other services, this app:
- Does NOT use AdMob or any advertising services
- Does NOT use ChatGPT API, Whisper API, or Google Cloud services
- Does NOT transmit any data over the internet
- Processes all audio transcription using on-device Whisper model
- Performs all medical analysis using on-device Gemma 3n model
- Stores all medical consultation data locally on your device only
- Allows complete data deletion via the "Clear All Data" feature in settings
Your medical conversations and personal health information never leave your device.
Other Apps (ChatMBTI, ChatInterview, WoShi.AI, NewsPick.AI)
These apps may use AdMob for advertising and cloud-based AI services as described in the sections below.
Information Collection and Use
While most of our applications themselves do not collect personal data, some apps use different services:
- CareerDojo: Collects account information (via Google Sign-In), resume and career data, sparring session content, evidence bullets, resume drafts, scout results, credit balance, and AI interaction logs as described above. Payment processing is handled through Polar.
- Mirror8: Collects account information (via Google Sign-In), selfie photos for AI processing, generated portraits, session data, conversation transcriptions, and conversation insights as described above.
- Apps with AdMob: Our use of Google's AdMob service for advertising (excluding CareerDojo, Mirror8, ToDocToDoc AI, Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition, and Piano 1024) means that when you use those services, your personal data may be used for advertising purposes. This could include data such as device identifiers, cookie data, and IP addresses. This information is collected directly by Google, and used by them to serve ads that are more relevant to you.
- Piano 1024 web app (AdSense & analytics): The Piano 1024 web app (piano1024.com) displays Google AdSense ads and uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, consent-gated in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland — see its dedicated policy at piano1024.com/privacy for details. The Piano 1024 app inside ChatGPT and Claude shows no ads and has no analytics.

Cookies and Tracking
Most of our Services use no first-party analytics, session recording, or tracking cookies — we prefer a frictionless, privacy-respecting experience over data collection. The exceptions are the Piano 1024 web app and the Hyeolwol web game, whose ads and analytics tooling are described in their dedicated policies at piano1024.com/privacy and hyeolwol.com/privacy. This website (chardonn.ai) itself shows no ads and sets no analytics or tracking cookies.
The apps that display advertising (see Apps with AdMob above) and our website that uses Google AdSense (piano1024.com) rely on Google's advertising identifiers and cookies, which are managed by Google. You can review Google's controls in Google's Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Services. Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies stored on your device and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific websites
- Block all cookies from being set
Third-Party Services
We use various third-party services depending on the app:
- CareerDojo: Uses OpenAI API (with
store: false— no data retained for training) for career analysis, interview sparring, career scouting, and resume drafting; Supabase for database and authentication; Cloudflare Pages for hosting; and Polar for payment processing. - Mirror8: Uses Google Gemini AI (via GenAI SDK and Agent Development Kit) for selfie analysis, portrait generation, and live voice conversation; Supabase for database, authentication, and portrait storage; Cloudflare Pages for frontend hosting; Google Cloud Run for backend hosting.
- Piano 1024: Hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No login, payments, or server-side storage of your data. Ads and analytics per its dedicated policy at piano1024.com/privacy.
- Chardonn.AI website (chardonn.ai): Hosted as a static site. No ads, login, analytics, or server-side storage of your data.
- Hyeolwol (hyeolwol.com): Hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No login, payments, ads, or server-side storage of your data. See its dedicated policy at hyeolwol.com/privacy.
- Pitch 1024 (ChatGPT & Claude connector): Hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No login, payments, analytics, or server-side storage of your data.
- Other apps: May use ChatGPT API and Whisper API by OpenAI, Google Cloud Text-To-Speech, and Google's AdMob (excluding CareerDojo, Mirror8, ToDocToDoc AI, Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition, and Piano 1024).
These third-party companies may have access to certain data as necessary to perform their services. For apps that don't require login (excluding CareerDojo and Mirror8), any conversation data sent to AI services is anonymized and does not contain personally identifiable information.
Conversation Data
Different apps handle conversation data differently:
- CareerDojo: Your sparring session messages are stored in our database (Supabase) associated with your account to maintain conversation history. All messages are deleted when you delete your account. Conversation content is sent to OpenAI for AI processing with
store: false— OpenAI does not retain this data. - Mirror8: Voice conversations are streamed in real time and not recorded. Transcriptions are stored in Supabase associated with your session. Camera frames are processed in real time and not stored.
- ToDocToDoc AI: All conversation data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Pitch & Pulse apps: Do not generate or store any conversation data.
- Other apps: May save anonymized conversation data to improve services, but without any personally identifiable information.
Data Control and Deletion
You have control over your data:
- CareerDojo: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the "Delete Account" option in Settings. This removes all your sessions, messages, evidence, resume drafts, Career DNA, credits, transaction history, and AI interaction logs from our servers. This action is irreversible. Your email address and user ID are retained for 3 months after deletion to prevent abuse of the free trial credit system.
- Mirror8: You can delete your account and all associated data (sessions, portraits, conversation transcriptions, and insights) by contacting us at being.cognitive@gmail.com. All data stored in Supabase will be permanently removed.
- ToDocToDoc AI: Use the "Clear All Data" feature in settings to delete all local data.
- Other apps: Most apps don't store personal data, so there's nothing to delete.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
