Chardonn.ai ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ChatMBTI, ChatInterview, Pulse 1024, Pitch 1024, Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition, WoShi.AI, NewsPick.AI, ToDocToDoc AI (토닥토닥AI), and You8 mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with that data.
App-Specific Privacy Information
You8
AI-Powered Future Visualization Service: You8 creates personalized future versions of yourself using AI technology. New users start with 2,000 free credits and can purchase additional credits as needed. Here's how we handle your data:
- Account Information: We use Google Sign-In for authentication. We collect your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
- Photos: Photos you upload are sent to Google's Gemini AI service to generate your future versions. These photos are not permanently stored on our servers.
- Generated Images: AI-generated images of your future selves are stored ONLY on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or cloud storage.
- Generated Content: Only text content (descriptions, achievements, routines, chat histories) is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) associated with your user account. Images remain on your device only.
- Chat Data: Conversations with your future selves are processed through Google's Gemini AI and stored in Firebase to maintain conversation context.
- Credits & Purchases: We track your credit balance and purchase history in Firebase for app functionality. All in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Payment Processing: We use RevenueCat as our in-app purchase management service. RevenueCat processes transaction data to manage your subscriptions and purchases. All payment processing is handled by Apple and Google; we do not directly collect or store credit card information.
- Purchase History: We store purchase transaction records (transaction ID, credits purchased, amount paid) in Firebase to prevent duplicate charges, handle refunds, and provide customer support.
- Data Security: All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections and stored in Firebase with appropriate security rules.
- Data Retention: Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.
- No Advertising: You8 does not use AdMob or any advertising services.
Pitch & Pulse Apps (Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition)
Complete Privacy: Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, and Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition are designed with privacy as a core principle. These apps:
- Do NOT collect any personal data or user information
- Do NOT use advertising services or analytics
- Do NOT transmit any data over the internet
- Do NOT require user accounts or login
- Only store app settings (BPM, time signature, pitch selection) locally on your device
- Operate completely offline after initial download
- Do NOT access your contacts, location, camera, or other personal information
Your usage and preferences remain completely private on your device.
ToDocToDoc AI (토닥토닥AI)
Special Note: ToDocToDoc AI operates completely offline for maximum privacy. Unlike our other services, this app:
- Does NOT use AdMob or any advertising services
- Does NOT use ChatGPT API, Whisper API, or Google Cloud services
- Does NOT transmit any data over the internet
- Processes all audio transcription using on-device Whisper model
- Performs all medical analysis using on-device Gemma 3n model
- Stores all medical consultation data locally on your device only
- Allows complete data deletion via the "Clear All Data" feature in settings
Your medical conversations and personal health information never leave your device.
Other Apps (ChatMBTI, ChatInterview, WoShi.AI, NewsPick.AI)
These apps may use AdMob for advertising and cloud-based AI services as described in the sections below.
Information Collection and Use
While most of our applications themselves do not collect personal data, some apps use different services:
- You8: Collects account information (via Google Sign-In), uploaded photos, generated AI content, and purchase transaction data as described above. Payment processing is handled through RevenueCat and your device's app store.
- Apps with AdMob: Our use of Google's AdMob service for advertising (excluding You8, ToDocToDoc AI, Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, and Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition) means that when you use those services, your personal data may be used for advertising purposes. This could include data such as device identifiers, cookie data, and IP addresses. This information is collected directly by Google, and used by them to serve ads that are more relevant to you.

Third-Party Services
We use various third-party services depending on the app:
- You8: Uses Google Gemini AI for content generation, Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage, Google Sign-In for authentication, and RevenueCat for in-app purchase management. Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Other apps: May use ChatGPT API and Whisper API by OpenAI, Google Cloud Text-To-Speech, and Google's AdMob (excluding You8, ToDocToDoc AI, Pitch 1024, Pulse 1024, and Pitch 1024 – Watch Edition).
These third-party companies may have access to certain data as necessary to perform their services. For apps that don't require login (excluding You8), any conversation data sent to AI services is anonymized and does not contain personally identifiable information.
Conversation Data
Different apps handle conversation data differently:
- You8: Your chat conversations with future selves are stored in Firebase and associated with your account to maintain conversation history and context.
- ToDocToDoc AI: All conversation data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Pitch & Pulse apps: Do not generate or store any conversation data.
- Other apps: May save anonymized conversation data to improve services, but without any personally identifiable information.
Data Control and Deletion
You have control over your data:
- You8: You can delete your entire account and all associated cloud data (text descriptions, chats, credit balance, purchase history) at any time through the "Delete Account" option in Settings. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Note: Generated images are stored only on your device, so they are automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Purchase transaction records required for refund processing are retained for 90 days after account deletion as required by app store policies.
- ToDocToDoc AI: Use the "Clear All Data" feature in settings to delete all local data.
- Other apps: Most apps don't store personal data, so there's nothing to delete.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
